Hice un pedido el 2 de diciembre y no llegó. Después de esperar casi 2 semanas el vendedor cancela el envío. No me da explicaciones concretas del problema y me ofrece enviarme un producto parecido pero con peor soporte, pero no acepto. Al final me quedo sin el producto que era un regalo para un amigo y ya no lo tendré en la fecha prevista. También tendré que esperar al reembolso que se podría prolongar hasta 20 días. Estoy sin producto y sin el dinero temporalmente. Una mala experiencia con este vendedor. No volveré a comprar aquí.
