I have ordered this item 4 months ago and did not receive till today. When I followed up with Seller couple of weeks ago, they said to wait for 2-3 weeks. I waited for 3 weeks as per promised, but still no luck. Very disappointed with the services of this seller. Since they said to wait, I lost my "open dispute" option as well and money. I will never go for this vendor product again :(
